My Window With A View.

This capitalist world drowns us in brutal contradictions, pays for opulence with misery and poverty, buys pomp and power with deprivation and death.

My Window With A View.

From my TV window on the world
I see the crazy ape
build mountains of meat
while, an arms length from my heart
a host of children die of hunger.
We with guilty silence play our part
deaf to tears that drop like thunder.
The crazy ape
casts fish back into the sea
not a length of a sigh from swarms
grovelling in rubbish tips.
Can't we hold our brothers dear,
why no righteous anger from our lips?
Now the crazy ape
hoards fields of wheat
yet, the distance of a tear-drop
hands beg a simple crust of bread,
a ritual only death will stop;
must justice wait 'till all are dead?

Enjoy The Ecstacy Of Your Righteous Anger.

The poll tax was unjust, people got angry, and the poll tax was gone. People have the right to get angry at injustice, and if the powers that be, insist on pushing ahead with that injustice, the anger will surely grow. Today they seemed to have filtered anger out of our range of normal emotions. Get angry and you are told to seek anger management treatment, but we have a right to anger, it is not a crime, or an abnormality, to get angry, it is a perfectly human reaction. We live in a world where injustice mocks humanity, and violence is licensed by the state, where the system we live under inflicts poverty and deprivation on the innocent, anger should be the normal reaction. Here in this country when the system continues to push injustice in our face, such as workfare, bedroom tax, slashing of social services to appease the financial Mafia, while the country is awash with wealth, we have a right to anger. We should enjoy the ecstasy of our righteous anger.

Time To Rage.

Time to rage, like a river running wild.
Time to rise, to save the child.
Time to rage, like a mountain flood.
Time to rise, to stop the blood.
Time to rage, with righteous anger.
Time to rise, to point the finger.

Famine. misery, sickness, death,
stretch across these pleasant lands,
war, greed, hunger, blood,
sour the lovely desert sands,
charity, chat, quiet dismay,
is not enough,
prayers, thoughts, what MP's say,
is useless stuff.

Time to rage, like a river running wild.
Time to rise, to save the child.
Time to rage, like a mountain flood.
Time to rise, to stop the blood.
Time to rage, with righteous anger.
Time to rise , to point the finger.

Getting Fat On Other People's Sweat.

Some crazy figures in this capitalist world that show the inequality created by this insane, unjust, exploitative system. Despite the screams of disaster and crisis in 2008, and not forgetting the Eurozone problems, according to a recent report from Credit Suisse, global wealth has more than doubled since 2000, reaching over £150 trillion, During this period have you personally felt the benefits of this remarkable growth? On the contrary, for you and I, this period has been one long spell of “austerity”, falling incomes, shrinking social services and deteriorating living standards.
Crisis or no crisis, we still create wealth at an enormous rate, where is it going? Well, there are approximately 5 billion adults in the world today, but just 8.4% of whom own 83.4% of all household wealth. At the other end, approximately two-thirds of adults in the world have less than $10,000 of net wealth, while approximately 3.2 billion adults have nil, nothing.
So at one end we have billions of people with no wealth what so ever, nothing. While we have 32 million people who own $98 trillion of the world's wealth, that's 41% of the total. At the top of this heap of parasites, wallowing in unbelievable unearned wealth, we have just over 98,000 individuals who have more than $50 million each, with almost 34,000 of those owning more than $100 million each. It works out that 1% of the population own 41% of the world's wealth, 10% own 86%, and the bottom half, the you and me's, own just 1%.
It doesn't take a mathematical expert to work out that we have enough material wealth to see to the needs of all our people, but this man made, crazy, greedy driven system, is not built to do that, it is doing what it was meant to do, make rich people richer, and to hell with the rest of you. However, never forget that the parasites are getting fat on our poverty and sweat, every penny of that wealth was created by the you and me's of this world, it is ours, we just have to take it all back, but when?

I Will Inherit The Earth.

A wee message from the inner sanctum of my strange mind.

 Marginalised.

You cannot rob me, I have nothing
You cannot treat me like a dog, you already made me less than a dog
You cannot drive me to the abyss, I am already there
You cannot betray me, more than I have been betrayed
You cannot take my life, I have no life
When I breathe, you will tremble
When I awake, you shall not sleep
When I walk, you will know fear
When I rise, you will fall
I am dangerous, destructible, fearless, I am the marginalised
I will inherit the earth.

And from Percy Bysshe Shelley:
“Rise like Lions after slumber
In unvanquishable number-
Shake your chains to earth like
dew
Which in sleep had fallen on you
Ye are many-they are few.”

Tears Of Gaza.

To most people this short video is a tragic event, something that happened and is over, but to the people of Gaza, this is a daily occurrence, a way of life since the Israeli illegal occupation in 1967. To the people of Gaza this is normal life. Kids grow up having known nothing but occupation, Israeli state aggression and their land being stripped from them piece by piece. No family in Gaza has not seen family members killed or maimed, kids grow up traumatised by continual bombardment, harassment, and brutality at the hands of the Israeli state. All this goes on while the West supports the Israeli state and turns a blind eye, (condones) this brutal injustice. The West will criticise and condemn regimes across the globe and even invade and bomb countries back to the stone age, because it is seen, in their eyes as a brutal regime, yet that regime will not have committed the crimes that the Israel state commits on a daily bases. However, Israel is given carte-blanche by the West, to steal the Palestinian lands and carry out a policy of genocide on the people of Palestine.  Why?

The Cancer Of Profit.

When the advocates of capitalism spout about its success and the wealth it has created, we should remind them of some undeniable facts. The world is certainly awash with wealth, but the vast majority of the world's population don't experience any of the benefits of that wealth. The figures that follow are from 2008, and we all know that since then, we have seen a massive "austerity" plan implemented on the poorest section of all societies across the planet.

While the number of billionaires grow, at least 80% of the world's population live on less than $10 a day and over three billion live on less than $2.50 a day. As the wealth in the world increases, more than 80% of the world's population lives in countries where the income differentials are widening. That abundance of wealth that sloshes around the world, stays in a very few hands. A mere 5% of the world's income is spread across 40% of the world's population. While at the other end, 75% of the world's income is claimed by the richest 20% of the population. Of course disparity in wealth distribution is not just about “things”, it is about life and death, deprivation and destroyed potential.

Out of sight of the flashing neon lights and fast food outlets, UNICEF estimates that 22,000 children die each day due to poverty. This happens in small villages and towns in remote areas, out of sight of the that babbling brook of bullshit, the mainstream media, so their murder by the system goes unrecorded.
The catalogue of misery, deprivation and early death across this planet of plenty, is capitalism's legacy, a handful enjoy unimaginable wealth and power, some live comfortably, and the vast majority suffer unacceptable deprivation. It is estimated that approximately 30% of all children in developing countries, are underweight. Under weight and uneducated is a recipe for a life stunted and a potential stolen. 2005 figures also reveal that in the developing world, 72 million children of primary school age were not at school, the biggest half of them, 57%, were girls. As we moved into the 21st century, another of capitalism's crimes was that almost one billion people were unable to read or sign their name.

Even if we were insane enough to stay with the capitalist system, we could quite easily remedy all of these failings. If we spent a mere 1% of what the world spends each year on weapons, it would be enough to put every child into school. It won't happen, weapons are much more profitable to shareholders than educating children.

This is the world of capitalism, a bizarre world of unimaginable wealth, an abundance of food, and millions dying of poverty and deprivation. A world of scientific magic in the midst of millions deprived of education, a world of mass production of luxuries and gadgets, and millions dying for the want of necessities. Sanity demands that we dismantle this insane, unjust and greed driven system, in favour of one based on human needs, mutual aid and co-operation, freed from the cancer of profit.

Land Of The Free!!!!!

It's common currency for the West, with America leading the charge, to shout about injustice, corruption and breach of human rights in other countries, but never batting an eyelid about the stinking cruel, corrupt and unjust prison system right in their own patch. The Greek prison system recently reached exploding point, however, America, "Land of the Free", leads the world in the percentage of its population that it locks up in its cruel privatised prison system.

Prisons are for intimidation, control, repression, and now for profit, absolutely nothing to do with protecting society, justice or reform. This recently published letter from a prisoner in America highlights the vicious brutality and injustice of the system, with prisoners being held for long terms just waiting for their case to be heard.

Dear IOA,
Hope this letter finds you in best of health and spirits, as for myself I’m making it. I’ve been trying to get my writ of habeas corpus or motion to dismiss…accepted, but all have been denied without actually telling a fact. Each one of my writs or motions have been held under my constitutional right, each effort has been denied, which violates my constitutional rights and also shows due prejudice of the justice system in Durham county. Why, because I’m black.
Each day I hear a person getting locked up for 2 grams of crack or heroin with habitual felon status and 28 grams or 14 grams with a gun and they got caught with the drugs or both and their bond is 50 for 14 grams of heroin no gun or 28 grams with a gun…I was never arrested around near any cocaine. By an informant. No arrest, still only accused. No lab work ever came back yet and now the charge is a year old. My bond was a million now for the last 5 months $500,000 bond. 7th Amendment is no excessive bond, cruel and unusual punishment. That’s why I asked your help and the Southern Coalition. My roommate and I watched your protest on the 13th of June, as we watched so did the same officers that accuse the lie on me and him. They watched all of you in the green Chevrolet, the Black F-150s, the white Ford work van, the black run down Crown Victoria with the windows down as you guys have now got their attention. I pray you watch your back for the next 4 to 8 months for just as my charge of a lie got me sitting here, I hope you better luck, if not your bond will be 1 million. Best of luck to all of you and I hope you keep your eyes open for all they do is create lies of past charges, and set up, and if you have a record of any kind they’re going to create a charge. So I ask again watch your backs you won’t know anything till they run up on you with a search warrant or indictment for some charge you done 15 years ago, but you will see them again. Three of them are S.J. Newton, D.T. Rose, and T. Thomas. There’s 18 in all, but you will learn they are a bunch of set-up artists and crooks. For I still don’t have no receipt for the last $150 they took from me when I was arrested on this charge by S.J. Newton. He still hasn’t turned it in or he paid his light bill with my money. There was no drug taken from me when they arrested me so my money since I am Black is theirs. Their word is all that counts and I’m going to sit in their jail because they can do it as long as they want for I have no help to get anyone else to come see me. My lawyer is —-, number is —-, call him tell him I said come see me. Just so you will know you call I will tell him about who I saw on June 13th…He works with District Attorney Nicholas Yates on my charge. I called both of them on the issue and haven’t seen the courtroom since they have been judge shopping ever since. This is why I asked to get the Southern Coalition to come see me. I sent the notarized affidavit of my action to you for record as well as the same copy I’m going to send the Southern Coalition. I ask again please help.

Seventh Day Of Mass Hunger Strike.

The Hunger strike by prisoners right across Greece continues, with more prisoners being taken to hospital. How many must go to hospital, and how many will die, before this fascist regime in Greece accepts that it can't continue to treat human beings in this manner. There have been actions across Europe and else, where in support of the prisoners and their call for justice. Where else in a civilised country would you have thousands of prisoners on hunger strike? what intolerable conditions would drive thousands to go on hunger strike? Certainly no civilised democratic country would allow such a situation to develop. This mass hunger strike is testimony to the debased, corrupt and inhuman system that exists in Greece and across Europe to a slightly lesser degree.

Dozens of inmates went to the hospital. More specifically, 2 inmates from Corfu prison, some inmates from Amfisa prison and the rest of them from Koridallos prison. They were going to the hospital and most of them were sent back after being given an injection of dextrose!
Comrades Panagiotis Argirou, Michalis Nikolopoulos and Nikos Romanos remains in the hospital after having a fight for not taking intravenous fluids and dextrose!
Here is a video from the prisoners of A wing of Koridallos deciding to refuse the night lockdown for one hour with force!
May health and chaos be within you!

It is also evidence of overcrowding in the prison!!!!

Holly Joes And Sharp-Shooters.

Isn't it strange how the holly Joes end up with their finger on the trigger. We had that fundamentalist Christian, Bush, with his messianic Catholic buddie, Blair, blasting the people of Iraq back to the stone age. Then we sighed a sigh of relief when they were gone, only to find that Etonian millionaire Cameron finds guidance in church on a Sunday. He wishes to act like Dynrod, clearing a way for Christians to be more open in The Westminster Houses of Hypocrisy and Corruption. Why do nutcases get to the top of the heap? The last thing we need in a volatile world, is those in charge getting their information from an imaginary man in the sky. All of them of course convinced that their man in the sky is the only one, and always right, and each coming back with a different message.
We have created a system where holly Joe visionaries and sharp-shooting conmen rule the roost. They hold the reins of power, selfishly stashing the plunder in their personal coffers, obviously mayhem will continue until we remove the nutcases from power, and take charge of our own lives.
The record of the holly Joe and sharp-shooter society, is one of injustice, violence, poverty, deprivation, and a planet that is dying from human abuse.
I'm sure any one of us could come up with a fairer and saner way to run society, but it wont happen, unless we the ordinary people stand up, take those reins and control the direction we wish to go. A fairer, sustainable society that sees to the needs of all our people is surely not beyond our ability.

Grand Plans.

In this world where we serve oblivion
with a blind pride and sure conviction
creating plans to land a man on Mars
grandiose schemes to conquer the stars
eyes on horizons ever further afield
believing, to us the universe will yield.
Yet here on Earth we fail to see
a chaotic world of human debris,
our magnificent results thus far
a planet dying from a human scar,
oblivious that our plans sublime
are mere litter scattered in space and time.

Solidarity.

An appeal from Labour Start:

Three leaders of the pilots union at Russian airline AEROFLOT -- Alexei Shlyapnokov, Valeriy Pimoshenko and Sergei Knyshov -- were arrested in October during a bitter fight to secure a collective bargaining agreement.
Their union believes that the three were framed as a retaliation for the union's recent success in a court battle.
The Confederation of Labour of Russia (KTR), a national trade union center affiliated with the International Trade Union Confederation, and the Sheremetevo Trade Union of Airline Pilots have called for an international campaign to demand that the company negotiate rather than try to jail union leaders.

Please take a moment to show your support - click here.

Thank you -- and please spread the word!

Only Doing Their Job.

"Just doing my job", "just following orders", the cloak of the brainless, the cowardly, psychotic thug.

The statistics beggar belief: in 12 years and 340 deaths at the hands of the police, not a single British policeman has been convicted. Nowadays many are not even publicly named. The anonymity extends 'impunity' protection throughout a policeman's security career, meaning no future employer will know of previous killings, and even further people killed by V53 in the future may not know that he has already killed. This anonymity appears to give today's Met. police firearms officers a license to kill, kill and kill again.

They Demanded Change.

Across the planet, an army of anarchists, as individuals and as groups, are organising and acting, with the one aim in mind, to end this brutal, vicious, system of authority and exploitation, to bring an end to this cycle of inequality and injustice. They are aware that we live in a system of unfair exchange, where we the ordinary people exchange sweat for poverty, while those parasites with their hands on the levers of power grow fat on our labour. Though they may not all display the label “anarchist”, this army is growing as more and more people see through the smoke and mirrors woven by the propagandists of the system. It also easier to see the true face of the system, as it's dominance, giving it a false sense security, allows it to dispense with the niceties, and display it's full destructive nature, and run roughshod over our lives.
Its rampant dominance is also it weakness, as it alienates more and more of the people it depends on for its survival. Its blood supply is cheap subservient labour and consumers, and its open ferocious drive for profit, is alienating ever more of that blood supply.
This corporate capitalist system functions across all borders and for its defence, draws together the combined force of states across the globe. It will utilise the various arms of any and all states, to crush resistance to its pursuit of profit. More and more of those who resist this brutal exploitation, and struggle for change, are ending up incarcerated in prisons across the world. We should not forget them. They are our people, they are from all quarters of the planet, they called for justice and equality, and the state tries to crush them, to silence them.

Translated by act for freedom now/B.pd
On December 21 2013 comrade Monica Caballero was once again transferred to another prison, this time from the prison of Estremera to that of Brieva (Ávila).  Anarchist comrades Monica Caballero and Francisco Solar were arrested on November 13 2013 and accused of being part of the Comando Insurrecional Mateo Morral and of placing a home-made explosive device in the Cathedral of Zaragoza.  Both comrades had been acquitted in the ‘Bombas’ case. Monica and Francisco are being held in the FIES regime.
Always in revolt, solidarity and love to Monica and Francisco!

Spain – A letter from comrades Monica and Francisco
Once again we are here between walls of concrete and bars, surveillance cameras and jailers. Once again we are here with our heads held high and proud to be what we are. Proud to be part of the hurricane that is trying to erase all forms of power, which has once again taken off its mask and is showing its real face in all its brutality and weakness as well. In this case, the collaboration between the Chilean state and the Spanish one which led to our arrest shows how the states can organize themselves in order to face what they perceive as a threat; but the attention the men of power give to us also reflects their fragility. Their incoherent speeches on security are a mantle that conceals their fear that any fortuity can unleash widespread chaos. Their blows and gags just strengthen and sharpen our ideas and lives dedicated to continuous conflict. Our stand: not a minute of silence but a life in the struggle.
We send a hug to all expressions of solidarity, drives that weaken the prison bars. We intend solidarity as the constant realization of our anarchist ideas in all their forms so as the enemy understands that nothing is over and everything continues in prison and in the streets. Above all, the huge solidarity expressed by the comrades who have used their bodies as weapons and carried out a hunger strike.
We salute those who continue to weave complicities, those who venture into the unknown, those who are motivated by incertitude, those who are obstinate for anarchy. All our respect and love go to them. We sadly learned of Sebastien’s death, but at the same time his life consistent with his ideals fills us with joy: a real warrior. We are on the side of the comrades who mourn our fallen comrades, bur from here we send them a lot of strength and a ‘see you soon’.

The £500,000 Poverty Level!!

Every passing day confirms the fact that, in this country, we live in two different worlds. While you and I are doing so well living in houses with an extra bedroom, we have to have an extra tax, we enjoy the pleasure of workfare placements without salary, we are doing too well on disability benefits, that the government is obliged to cut them, we are wallowing in zero hours contract on the minimum wage. Those poor mid-ranking bankers are struggling on £500,000 annual salary.
An extract from E Financial Careers:
“People here are already carrying a lot more debt than they used to,” said a senior manager at one European investment bank in London – again speaking off the record. “A member of my team has a £750k mortgage on his house, which is a huge burden for him. A lot of other mid-ranking people here can’t afford to live in Zone 1 and are having to move out to Zones 3 or 4 – which is difficult when you’re a VP-level banker working very long hours.”
Doesn't your heart bleed for these people? How on earth can they afford a Ferrari or Porche, their whole lifestyle is being jeopordise, if the don't get that big fat bonus and a substantial salary increase. Some of them have probably abandoned they idea of a yacht for next summer.

I'm finding things very tough at the moment

This is the obscene inequality that this system is built on, a society where those parasites in the millionaire class ooze sympathy for those who can't get by on £500,000 a year. While stating that those, that produce every article that the parasites posses and every service they enjoy, will have to make sacrifices and tighten their belts.
I don't see that rationale and discussion will sort out this inequality, I can't see that group who feel that it is difficult to get by on £500,000 a year, and their millionaire bosses, sitting down to sort out the real inequalities in this society. There will have to be another method, and that will have to come from those of us living well below the level of the parasites' £500,000 poverty line salary.

Get Out With Your Flints!!

I have always said, "we never know the spark that will start the fire". If there is enough fire tinder around any tiny spark could start an uncontrollable blaze. As far as our society is concerned we are knee deep in combustible fire tinder. Increasing poverty, declining social services, high unemployment, thousands being forced to work for nothing, thousands having their benefits sanctioned. Every section of our communities are being attacked, the unemployed by means of workfare and benefit sanctions, the disabled at the hands of ATOS doing the governments bidding, the employed by wage freezes/cuts, zero hours contracts, massive increases in energy bills and then the bedroom tax. A few months ago, Brazil exploded when bus fares were increased a few pesetas, it wasn't the bus fares, it was the fact that the people of Brazil were, like us, knee deep in fire tinder, they were being pushed ever deeper into deprivation in the midst of blatant greed and corruption, the bus fare increase was the spark. When we suffer this type of attack and push to deprivation, in a country where the number of millionaires is increasing, where lavish extravaganzas are flaunted in front of our ever increasing poverty, where blatant greed and corruption, stride pompously through the corridors of power, the spark is inevitable. A country where there is a vast unbridgeable chasm between the ordinary people and the wealth of that country, where there is a complete disconnect between those who hold the power and the ordinary people, cannot and should not hold together.

Perhaps all we can do at the moment is keep working with those flints.
Revolution usually erupts over events that would, in normal circumstances, be considered meaningless or minor acts of injustice by the state. But once the tinder of revolt has piled up, as it has in the United States, an insignificant spark easily ignites popular rebellion. No person or movement can ignite this tinder. No one knows where or when the eruption will take place. No one knows the form it will take. But it is certain now that a popular revolt is coming. The refusal by the corporate state to address even the minimal grievances of the citizenry, along with the abject failure to remedy the mounting state repression, the chronic unemployment and underemployment, the massive debt peonage that is crippling more than half of Americans, and the loss of hope and widespread despair, means that blowback is inevitable.
