I've just
finished writing an article entitled HMP - A Survival Guide. It's a free booklet
designed to help anyone who is expecting to receive their first custodial
sentence; from what to take and what to expect to how to conduct yourself,
better your experience and stay strong.
It's written in
a style intended to be digestible for those who need it the most and I believe
it has the potential to help a lot of people at a time that can be the hardest
in their life thus far.
It's also available as a downloadable pdf and
issue article from www.prisonism.info.
