MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!

Because of the savage attack by the millionaire public school thugs, the Merry Christmas gift thousands of council workers will be getting this year will be warning notices of possible redundancy, a Merry Christmas to you to, millionaire Cameron and Clegg. You and the rest of your millionaire chums in the cabinet,(cabal) will be totally and utterly untouched by the vicious cuts you are forcing on the social fabric of this country.

Social workers, school dinner staff, meals on wheels, refuse collectors, youth workers, home helps, are just some of the people who will be among those receiving such warning letters before the legal deadline date of 1st January 2011. The GMB states that 87,374 jobs so far are likely to be lost in the first wave of “savings”, all this on top of the recent figures that show that unemployment has increased by 35,000 to a staggering 2.5 million, raising unemployment to a rate of 7.9% . It is called “savings”, who or what are we saving, certainly not the living standards of those likely to be thrown on the unemployment mountain.

Thousands of ordinary people in this country are facing a very miserable festive season with the further outlook very grim indeed. What is the future for the kids in these families as their parents face the loss of their income for the foreseeable future. We are not talking about the higher earners, these are people who are already struggle to maintain a reasonable standard of living and they are now faced with redundancy, Each redundancy is a human tragedy that will in many cases drag on, sucking the family ever deeper into the mire of deprivation.

All this on a lie that we need to reduce the”deficit”, which translates as, “we need to get rid of all social spending and transfer all public assets to our millionaire friends in the corporate world” It is a policy to increase the corporate wealth at the expense of the general public, it is a way of guaranteeing the risk to their friends in the bond markets is minimised. It has nothing to do with the welfare of the ordinary people, nothing to do with the future well being of the ordinary people. It is wealth creation for the already obscenely wealthy parasites that own most of this country and will soon own us.

Thankfully resistance is growing with ordinary people from students to pensioners ocupying banks and some of the shops belonging to the tax dodgers brigade. To find out more on this growing resistance to their greed visit; http://www.ukuncut.org.uk/actions  You can of course form your own group and organise resistance to this savage attack on our living standards, using you imagination and ingenuity. The greater the variety and unpredicability of our resistance the greater the success.

GLASGOW STUDENTS DIRECT ACTION.

Students George Street Glasgow November 24
Across the UK students are voting with their feet and walking out of their universities or occupying them. 100 or so students have walked out of Dundee Uni, 600 at Leeds Uni, and students have occupied Birmingham Uni. and thousands joined the student demonstration in London. Here in Glasgow hundreds of students walked out of Strathclyde and Glasgow Uni's and The Glasgow School of Art and a demonstration took place later in the day at George St. in the city centre. Up and down the country unrest is growing in keeping with the anger. What we are experiencing is not “austerity cuts” but a slash and burn policy of free market fundamentalists, plans and policies carried out by extremists in expensive suits.

George St Glasgow 24 November.

Their slash and burn assault on the conditions of the working class will continue unabated until there is no welfare system, no public assets, no public space, no public say in how our society will be shaped. It is raw unadulterated corporate fascism and the only way to stop this privatising of our lives is by direct action. Waiting for the next round of the ballot box farce, where we replace one set of millionaires with a fresh crop of millionaire reactionaries. You might as well change the suit on a tailors dummy and expect it to act differently.

George Street Glasgow 24 November.

They know it is class war, they are organised to take on the working class and hand everything to their friends in the financial/corporate world. Our only answer is to accept that it is class war and to organise to take everything for all our people and screw the financial/corporate world and its minders the millionaire cabal at the Westminster House of Hypocrisy and Corruption.

THE CORPORATE SOCIETY.

As I keep saying, the millionaire Osborne's planned cuts are all about transferring public assets to private hands, the deficit is just the excuse they needed. Let's look at one department, the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs. This department looks after a considerable amount of public assets and has a budget of £2.9 billion. It has to find savings of 25%, this of course will come with the usual lay-offs and pay freezes. It has also been mentioned that they will be selling off some of Britain's nature reserves, privatising parts of the Forestry Commission and stopping grants to British Waterways which looks after miles of canals and rivers. Think of all that wealth of rich land being sold to the friends of the millionaire trio, Cameron, Osborne and Clegg. No doubt, after the grants stop, the British Waterways will find it rather difficult to continue looking after all those acres of land that line those canals and rivers and will have to hold a wee fire sale to let the millionaire's club get their sweaty hands on that public asset of prime real estate.
While we sit and listen to their phony ceremonies about all having to tighten our belts, they are busy stuffing their coffers with everything in sight. Every public asset will be transferred to private hands, the millionaires are having a field day at our expense, they have never had it so good. A team of their millionaire friends are in the driving seat and they know where they are going, straight to the bank with all our belongings.
Unless there is an organised and forceful defence launched soon we will have nothing left to defend. You are looking at a corporate society where the public own nothing, no public libraries, no public parks, no public walkways along the canals and rivers, no public baths, no public parks and sports facilities. Everything will be corporate owned and you will have to pay through the nose for the simplest of activities, after all, profit is the name of the game they play. This is happening now, it is happening under our noses and will continue until it is all gone. It is easier to fight to hold what you have rather than fight to try to get it back.
As long as we tolerate this millionaire run system of winner takes all and to hell with the hindmost we will have to continually fight to try to have a decent standard of living. We don't need them, they do need us to maintain their pampered parasitical lifestyle.
