Feminism in Poland.

Feminism may be a widely discussed and an accept view point in this country and some others, but there are countries where it has never gone mainstream. Anarchist Radio Berlin was present at the recent and very first Feminist Congress in Poland. This is a short interview in English with one of the oraganisers.

Feminist Congress in Poland

At the beginning of February 2020, the Anarchist Radio Berlin had the opportunity of participating at the first Feminist Congress in Poland. In Wroclaw we did a small interview with one of the organizers of the congress about the organizing effort and feminism in Poland.

Bubble Gum And Candy Floss News.

The way our babbling brook of bullshit, the mainstream media, spews out its vile bubblegum and candy-floss pulp, it is difficult to get a true picture of what is happening in other parts of the world. France for example, weeks of mass protests, violent clashes with the minders of the system, the riot police, tear gas and water cannon, and we get wall to wall coverage of football and mad supporters. America, well its Trump and Clinton and mass shootings, and so the public build a distorted picture of the world we live in. There is another world, the unreported world of ordinary people, of struggles across the globe, as people tackle the brutality, exploitation, injustice and poverty of a world system of capitalism, the real world, the one that we all live in.
This short video from Anarchist Radio Berlin, Sur Negro, helps to blow away the fabricated fog, the mist of illusion, created by that babbling brook of bullshit, that continually attempts to obscures our vision.

Total helplessness, psychological pressure, stupid convicts‘ laws, ever-lasting prison terms – this is what Belarusian prison is made of.

Workers Self-management.

In late October 2014, Greece was and still is, being severely plundered by the Troika, (ECB, European Central Bank, EC, European Commission, IMF, International Mankind Fuckers.) workers were being paid off in droves, but as always, there are those who fight back against the financial Mafia's grand plan. The workers at the Vio.me factory in Thessaloniki, were part of that struggle. Their factory was declared bankrupt and closed, but the workers had other ideas, they occupied the factory and started production again. In spite of several attempts by the financial Mafia to have them evicted and the premises auction off, they are still there. They are an example to others in workplaces across the globe. Who needs the bosses, but they do need support and solidarity.

This interview from Anarchist Radio Berlin:

As Anarchist Radio Berlin (aradio.blogsport.de) we had the opportunity of talking to the workers of the self-managed soap factory Vio.me in Thessaloniki, Greece.
In our interview they tell us about the origins of this factory take-over by the workers, what this had to do with experiences in Argentina and they managed to overcome financial problems. Listen to this audio also to know how to show solidarity, as Vio.me is threatened by eviction due to a planned compulsory auction of the premises.

A soap factory inGreece, abandoned by its owners, has been reclaimed by its workers - and provides a vital example of how things can be done differently.

Migrants And Self Organisation.

Our babbling brook of bullshit, the mainstream media, on occasion do carry articles about the "migrants" ( wrong word, people fleeing the result of Western imperialism, would be a more apt description.) entering Europe. On some occasions they focus on the conditions, sometimes the hostility, but never about their fight back and self organisation. What they never want to emphasise is the fact that people will fight back, and will organise themselves, they must always be seen to be standing about waiting for the state and its apparatus stepping to sort things out, waiting for the state to make their lives better. Of course we all should know, the state will never come up with a proper humanitarian answer, on the contrary, their answers will always be laced with racism, patriotism and, economics that suit the corporate greed machine.
Another episode from Anarchist Radio Berlin:
The following audio is a recording made by activists of the self-organized refugee squat Orfanotrofeio in Thessaloniki Greece. This material has been made available to us by our comrades at Crna Luknja, the anarchist radio show at Radio Student in Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia.

The comrades of Orfanotrofeio tell about the conditions that led to squatting this place in Thessaloniki in the beginning of last December and about their struggle to keep the place despite of all obstacles.
