Blood Technology.

It is a rather dim-witted person that is unaware of the Israeli apartheid state's ongoing genocide of the people of Palestine, This is carried out in front of the eyes and ears of the so called free democratic world, and they do nothing but collude with this vile regime. Most states gain from the expertise the Israeli state has gleaned by testing and experimenting with its various new surveillance, control and war technology, on the Palestinian people. States across the globe eagerly purchase and install this blood stained technology to help control their own populations.
Only the people can stop this money for misery experiment, to rely on the users is naivety in the extreme.

Dear Supporter,
Our thoughts are with people everywhere fighting the coronavirus. Israel’s apartheid regime has used the pandemic as a smokescreen to intensify its oppression of Palestinians, with even more impunity than ever. Palestinians count on your continued support during this difficult period, including through online actions you can take from home to end international complicity in Israel’s war crimes and crimes against humanity.
Decades of Israeli military occupation and apartheid have devastated Palestinians’ health infrastructure, particularly in the Gaza Strip. The first coronavirus cases have been detected in Gaza while Israel continues its siege on two million Palestinians imprisoned there.
Israel's largest arms company, Elbit Systems, profits from the siege on Gaza — “battle-testing” its killer drones, white phosphorus, sniper bullets and fighter jet parts, all deployed by the Israeli occupation army to murder or maim Palestinians. Elbit Systems’ Hermes 900 drones were among Israel’s drones that murdered 164 Palestinian children in Gaza in 2014.
Now the European Union is using Elbit’s Hermes 900 drones to implement the EU’s deadly anti-migration policies.

Elbit’s drones are used for aerial surveillance of refugees in the Mediterranean. The EU is betraying its legal and ethical obligation to save lives, replacing boats with Israel’s killer drones, turning the Mediterranean into a cemetery.

Elbit Systems also produces surveillance technology for Israel’s apartheid wall, fence around Gaza and military checkpoints, enabling Israel's apartheid rule.
In the US, Elbit provides surveillance technology for Trump’s wall with Mexico, which is destroying the land of Arizona’s indigenous Tohono O’odham Nation, and preventing refugees from seeking safety in the US.

Human rights campaigns are scoring wins in efforts to #StopElbit. Major European pension funds and banks have divested from Elbit. In 2018, the French insurance giant AXA, which calls itself “the most ethical insurer in the world,” divested from Elbit, but only partially, failing to live up to its motto.

Our thanks to Visualizing Palestine for their valuable new infographics showing how Elbit Systems profits from grave human rights violations.

In solidarity,

Palestinian BDS National Committee (BNC)

Where Is Our Righteous Anger?

We should keep the focus on the depravity, savage brutality and vindictiveness of the Israeli apartheid state. On a daily basis it flouts international law, disregards human rights and proceeds with its planned genocide of the Palestinian people. While at the same time brands itself as the only democracy in the Middle East. The only way to get the truth told is to continually shout out loud about its continuing cruelty, viciousness, apartheid and genocide.
Two Palestinian children have been killed in a blaze at their home in occupied Hebron after the Israeli authorities prevented the fire brigade from reaching them in time. The two children – one of whom is believed to have been just 18-months old – were burned to death in a fire at their home in the Al-Salaymeh neighbourhood of Hebron’s Old City in the occupied West Bank. One was reported dead late last night, while the second succumbed to the burns received this morning after receiving emergency treatment at the nearby Hebron government hospital. A third child, thought to be the dead children’s brother, also suffered severe burns in the incident and remains in intensive care, according to hospital Director Dr Walid Zalloum.
The names of the three children have not been released formally, but Palestinian news site Palestine Today named the two who were killed as four-year-old Wael Al-Rajabi and his 18-month-old sister Malik. The local police spokesman, Colonel Loai Arziqat, confirmed in a press statement that two children had died, but did not offer further information.
Though the emergency services were called, the fire brigade was prevented from reaching the scene by Israeli soldiers. In a video filmed last night at 21:50 local time (19:50 GMT), the fire engine can be seen trying to drive down a narrow street. The truck comes to a stop at a road block obstructing the way, while local residents implore the Israeli soldiers stationed there to “open the gate quickly, for the children.” The Israeli soldiers, however, did not yield to the onlookers’ pleas, delaying the emergency services’ response and preventing them from reaching the property. The cause of the fire remains unknown.
Israel is no stranger to restricting emergency services’ access to Palestinians in need. According to Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP), citing the Palestine Red Crescent Society, since 2015 Israel has prevented ambulances from crossing checkpoints on 123 occasions. In addition, there were 386 attacks against Red Crescent teams across the occupied Palestinian territories (oPt) during the same period, as well as 105 ambulances damaged.
In December, Israeli soldiers shot a Palestinian child then prevented him from receiving potentially life-saving medical treatment; he died soon thereafter. Seventeen-year-old Mahmoud Nakhle was shot as Israeli forces suppressed protests around Al-Jalazun refugee camp near Ramallah, in the occupied West Bank. A few minutes later, the soldiers chased off a Palestinian ambulance, threatening the driver with their rifles and not giving Nakhle first aid themselves. Only after a quarter of an hour did the soldiers allow an ambulance to be summoned, but Nakhle died en route to hospital.
Under international law, as the occupying power Israel is forbidden from preventing access to medical care and emergency services to the people living under its occupation. According to the Fourth Geneva Convention, “The occupying power must ensure sufficient hygiene and public health standards, as well as the provision of food and medical care to the population under occupation.” In addition, “Personnel of the International Red Crescent Movement must be allowed to carry out their humanitarian activities.” Israel, however, continues to breach this and other articles of international laws and conventions with impunity.

21st. Century, And We Still Accept Genocide!!

How long will the world turn its back on the suffering of the people of Palestine, how long will it tolerate the genocide perpetrated by the Israeli state? Two questions that have not been answered since the creation of the Israeli Zionist state. The persecution of the Palestinian people has been ongoing since 1947 at the hands of the extremist Zionist militias and the Israeli army. It has intensified as the military arsenal of the Zionist state has grown in firepower, thanks to the American financial and military assistance, and the eagerness of the West to sell the Israeli Zionist state an abundance of powerful weaponry. Then they turn their backs as that weaponry is used in the genocide of the Palestinian people.
The leaders of this Zionist state carry out this genocide with impunity as they sit in the marble halls of power sipping champagne and coffee, while planning more domination with the complicity of the leaders of the so called free democratic West. We can't expect this coterie of corruption to solve this savage and bloody genocide, it will take the power of the ordinary people to come together and smash this capitalist/military/Zionist nightmare once and for all. The plight of the Palestinian people is just one symptom of this malignant cancer that dominates our world.

The Israeli State's Genocide Policy.

Protest: Stop the Bombing of Palestine

Over the last few days Israel has invoked Operation Protective Edge to ramp up the collective punishment of Palestinians, with at least 25 Palestinians killed and 70 injured during the atrocious bombing campaign in Gaza.
In addition to Gaza, the Israeli repression has escalated in the West Bank to unprecedented levels unseen over the last few years. The situation looks set to get much worse with the Israeli Defence Minister saying yesterday that Israel is "preparing for a battle against Hamas, which will not end within a few days".

Two weeks ago David Cameron condemned the killing of three Israeli teenagers but has remained silent about the death of the Palestinian teenager Mohammed Abu Khedair who was burned alive in East Jerusalem. In March the Prime Minister said his belief in Israel was "unbreakable" and his silence on this latest horrific round of Israeli state violence has shown how true that statement was. Whatever the human rights abuses of the Israeli state, for our Prime Minister it seems nothing will put into question the importance of this key economic and military ally in the Middle East.
It remains our priority to expose this hypocrisy and to stop the British government's ongoing support for the criminal occupying power. More than a thousand people gathered outside the Israeli embassy last weekend to oppose Israeli terror. Please join us again this Friday:
  • Protest: Stop the Bombing - Stop the Killing - Free Palestine
  • Friday 11 July - 5.30pm - 7.30pm
  • Opposite Embassy of Israel, London W8 4QB
  • Nearest tube: High Street Kensington
  • Share the Facebook event with your contacts
  • Can you help us? We need stewards and helpers for the protest. Please email office@stopwar.org.uk or telephone 020 7561 4830 if you can help.
