Gamblers!!

It is par for the course for greed to prevail in the capitalist system. Cast your mind back to 2007-2009 financial crash. The banking system went bust, they had been dealing in dodgy packages, selling them on and hoping nobody looked inside the packages, as they were worth nothing, but generated cash for the big banks. However some people did look inside the packages and found the had been sold a pig in poke. And the system collapsed under the weight greed driven gambling. In steps you and I with our tax money and bailed the banks out to the tune of approximately £140 billion. This lead to ten years of austerity as we paid the price of the greed driven gambling frenzy of the financial institutions. So the banking system was looked at and lo and behold, it was found to be lacking in any regulations to stop this crazy greedy driven gambling with our money. So regulations were brought in to tighten how the financial Mafia used our money and prevent this happening again, and it seemed to work.

However our political masters have decided that the banking industry is far too regulated, so are setting about removing all those regulations to prevent insane financial gambling by the financial Mafia. Now they can let rip all the greed driven insanity in making a quick buck at any expense. Hold on to your braces, another crash is now very much a possibility, and once again you and I will be expected to bail them out. If we do this time, then we deserve all we get. We should never have our lives dictated to us by the millionaire/billionaire parasites. They gamble to get rich quick, smiling as they go, as they believe, they are to big to fail. Surely enough is enough, it's time to bring this whole madhouse of greedy driven economic insanity crashing down around the heads of the parasitic few. We don't need them to tell us how to live our lives, we can make a much better job on our own. We know the society we want, mutual aid, sustainability, co-operation, equality and justice and seeing to the needs of all our people. We will never get it under the corporate capitalist/financial Mafia yoke

A Virus.

Today as the ordinary people of the UK, like those else where in the world, are heading for the biggest fall in living standards for many, many years. People are facing winter unable to heat their homes, struggling to put food on the table and often failing. There is a massive rise in homelessness, in food-banks, our health service is teetering on the edge of collapse due to lack of funding and slices being handed to the corporate word. Our kids' health will be assaulted and their education system is broken.

Despite these unnecessary conditions being heaped on the population, the UK government see fit to spend an obscene amount of tax payers money on this jamboree celebrating a parasite families imperial power. £28 million of our tax money has been set aside for this obscenity, the lottery fund is donating £22 million to plaster the country with symbols of pomp and imperial power.
We are supposed to celebrate 70 years of a woman sitting on a throne, a woman whose entire family and many hangers-on, who have never earned a penny from honest work in their lives, and are subsidised to the hilt with tax payers money. This old lady, who we are supposed be enthralled with is labelled a "constitutional" monarch. However, she is the one that opens parliament, and in speeches honestly refers to "her government", she is the one approached by the elected Prime Minister should he wish to close down parliament. She also sits in her palatial surroundings signing death warrants on those poor individuals who are condemned by British Overseas Territories that still have the death penalty. This whole edifice of pomp and power is an attempt to get us all to cheer an obscene display to the world of Britain's brutal imperialism, its past and its determination to hold on to that power, wealth and its privileges. It baffles me seeing all those thousands of people who struggle to make ends meet, willing pay homage to this family of parasites, this edifice to pomp, wealth, power and privileges. All I can say of those throngs who wave flags, cheer this obscenity, is that their minds have been damaged by the fatal and vicious virus of patriotism.

Rip-Off.

Following on from my previous post on that group of useless prats, those pampered, privileged parasites that live in opulence off the sweat of our labour, I thought this little video would help to make the point. Thanks Loam for the link.

A "MIXED RACE" Princess!!!!

Not a subject that I tend to get involved with, except to show my disgust. However, sometimes it is difficult to keep your mouth shut. Our babbling brook of bullshit, the mainstream media is gushing and glowing with their favourite subject, the UK's largest benefit family, the Windsors. It seems that one of their family has selected his heir producing machine, much to the jubilation of the rest of the family and the established power mongers. My my, aren't our royals very modern, this is the first time in its long history of parasite living, that one of the inner circle has chosen a bride of "MIXED RACE", how daring, how modern. I got a bit confused, I thought that there was only one race, the human race. Of course being a member of a family that presided over an empire where we had to control and exploit millions of "lesser beings", it must be difficult for them to see those lesser beings with a different coloured skin, as equal, after all we used to own them. The fact that this "MIXED RACE" is mentioned just puts on display the rampant racism among this whole circle of parasites and their puppets.
I wonder how many of our ordinary citizens have been equally "modern" by marrying a partner of "MIXED RACE", but never got a mention in our babbling brook of bullshit, the mainstream media?
This whole charade of "special" people awash in wealth plundered from the public purse, that we are obliged to continue to fund and hold in some special respect belongs to a rather distant past, and is due being dismantled. How do you respect parasites of these gigantic proportions?
By the people for the people! So we pick up the bill.

Just another day in the life of an ordinary family, but we pick up the bill.
A friendly chat before heading off to the pub, but we pick up the bill.

Let's Really Clean The Country.

What a load of insulting crap we are being hit with, suicides are increasing because of poverty and deprivation, homelessness is increasing, benefit sanctions devastate families and individuals, workfare humiliates people by forcing them into slave labour for greedy businesses, zero hour contracts, add stress to individuals and families, as they don't know how much money they'll get at the end of the month. Our social services are being shredded, and that millionaire product of the Oxbridge sausage factory, Osborne, tells us we will be faced with more severe cuts in the coming year. All this heaped on the lives of the ordinary people and what campaign do our millionaire lords and masters launch? CLEAN FOR THE QUEEN!!!! Our right royal leader of parasites, Lizzie, is reaching her 90th birthday, and to mark this occasion, which I'm sure will benefit us all, her band of loyal millionaire parasites want us to rush out and sweep our pavements, wash down the lamp-posts and clean the street signs. Get out there with your rubber gloves and gather the dog shit and plastic crap, spend your ample leisure hours, I'm sure you have plenty, zero hours and part-time work, etc. to gather all that motley mess of consumer life style crap, so that Britain will look like a new pin when that magic hour arrives on Lizzie's 90th birthday.  Then perhaps we can pay-off all those workers that do that sort of work for a living.
He doesn't even clean his own house.
I have no doubt there will be some lame brain idiots that will fall in line with this insulting phoney publicity gesture, perhaps hoping to get their picture in the papers or on the tele, or perhaps even to get on the "honours list".
We could clean up our country, we could start with clearing out that filthy cesspool, that edifice to British imperialism, The Westminster House of Hypocrisy and Corruption. Then we could go on to clean out all those corporate boardrooms that perpetuate this system of greed that feeds the parasites. Finally, we could clean out that massive, publicly funded oversized residence  called Buckingham Palace, and take Lizzie and her parasitical family of benefit scroungers and re-house them in some more suitable accommodation, and end this symbol of privilege for the chosen few. Though I do agree that re-housing that family may prove difficult as most people in the schemes would object to such a large bunch of useless benefit scroungers being housed in their area.
This dangerous arsehole, likewise, doesn't even clean his own house.

A Time Of Celebration And Good Cheer!!!

While the babbling brook of bullshit, the mainstream media, spews out images of throngs of people fighting their way into shops to spend hundreds of pounds in an attempt to buy happiness in a colourful box, let's not forget the reality of modern day Britain. The Britain where millions of us live, the Britain of the daily struggle, of trying to keep our heads above water. A world where we are surrounded by unimaginable wealth, but are witness to beggars, rough sleepers, homeless, food-banks, child poverty and fuel poverty. the question is why?
Behind the veneer of designer names and brightly coloured shopping malls, there is another world. A world where hopes and dream die, and opportunity never knocks.
Zero hours contracts and the minimum wage are the establishments method of guaranteeing poverty. Don't expect them to try to alleviate the problem, it suits them the way it is. It creates a pool of cheap labour.
Poverty kills both the young and old, and those it doesn't kill, it scars for life. So who is responsible for those scars and those deaths?
Poverty, a preventable phenomenon,  turns good people into bad parents, but not by their own desire.
Fuel poverty in one of the richest countries in the world, is a crime, who is responsible?
Don't expect the top layer of parasites to do anything about poverty, they need it to keep getting fat bank accounts. If we want to be rid of poverty, we will have to do the fixing ourselves.
No matter how they do the numbers, no matter the illusion they try to weave, the truth is that the UK has millions living in poverty, Why?
Food banks, a necessity in modern capitalist Britain, while the Oxbridge millionaires talk of a growing economy, Why?
Employers will gladly pay you the minimum wage or less, if they could get away with it, and some do.

Austerity Is State Murder.

I don't think it can be emphasised enough the murderous effects “austerity” has on the ordinary people. As the millionaire cabal talk of tough decisions and tightening belts around their over fed bellies, to the vast majority that means a deterioration in their health. It means cold homes in winter, and kids being deprived of decent meals, therefore jeopardising their future health. It can, and does, also mean stress and deteriorating mental health, and in many cases suicide, as the task of surviving at a decent level becomes impossible. All this is heaped on a population at the dictate of a wealthy elite who are immune to the ravages of that “austerity”. What is more the reasoning behind this policy of “austerity” is supposed to be for “our” benefit, to bring us prosperity, pie-in-the-sky, in some distant future, when in actual fact all we are doing is suffering poverty and all its vile manifestations, in an attempt to recoup the gambling losses of the financial Mafia.
Every cut in the social welfare is a step towards deprivation, and to some, a step towards an early grave. “Austerity” is a cull on the working class, every deterioration in living conditions is avoidable. Poverty, mental and physical health problems are not accidents, they are the direct result of deliberate policies carried out by an extremely wealthy bunch of self-interested, greed parasites, they are fully aware of the effects, but care not a jot. As long as they are in power, they will do nothing that might jeopardise their own wealth and power, we will always be used to further their wealth and power. Of course there is an alternative, put the ordinary people in power, and let them shape society to the benefit of all our people.

Greece: On the rise of suicides, interview with Stelios Stylianidis

This from Xpressed:
4 additional observations complement the answer to your question:
a) We have an impressive 36% growth of suicide attempts from 2009 to 2011 and a statistically significant relationship between economic hardship (poverty, unemployment, inability to find financial resources for survival) and suicidality in overall population.
b) In our country, due to religious beliefs and the culture of orthodox Christianity (as well as the ‘indirect’ suicides caused in the context of road accidents), there is a strong bias against families declaring suicide as the cause of a sudden death of one of their members (for reasons of being able to hold a religious ceremony).
c) Requests for psychological help that the telephone help lines receive for depression and suicides have increased in recent years by an average of 27% (UMHRI,2010).
d) Furthermore, according to Stuckler (2009), at European level, 1% increase in unemployment is associated with a 0.79% rise in suicides, at ages less than 65 years and every 3% increase in unemployment is associated with a 4.45% increase of suicides.

The £500,000 Poverty Level!!

Every passing day confirms the fact that, in this country, we live in two different worlds. While you and I are doing so well living in houses with an extra bedroom, we have to have an extra tax, we enjoy the pleasure of workfare placements without salary, we are doing too well on disability benefits, that the government is obliged to cut them, we are wallowing in zero hours contract on the minimum wage. Those poor mid-ranking bankers are struggling on £500,000 annual salary.
An extract from E Financial Careers:
“People here are already carrying a lot more debt than they used to,” said a senior manager at one European investment bank in London – again speaking off the record. “A member of my team has a £750k mortgage on his house, which is a huge burden for him. A lot of other mid-ranking people here can’t afford to live in Zone 1 and are having to move out to Zones 3 or 4 – which is difficult when you’re a VP-level banker working very long hours.”
Doesn't your heart bleed for these people? How on earth can they afford a Ferrari or Porche, their whole lifestyle is being jeopordise, if the don't get that big fat bonus and a substantial salary increase. Some of them have probably abandoned they idea of a yacht for next summer.

I'm finding things very tough at the moment

This is the obscene inequality that this system is built on, a society where those parasites in the millionaire class ooze sympathy for those who can't get by on £500,000 a year. While stating that those, that produce every article that the parasites posses and every service they enjoy, will have to make sacrifices and tighten their belts.
I don't see that rationale and discussion will sort out this inequality, I can't see that group who feel that it is difficult to get by on £500,000 a year, and their millionaire bosses, sitting down to sort out the real inequalities in this society. There will have to be another method, and that will have to come from those of us living well below the level of the parasites' £500,000 poverty line salary.

This Society Of Parasites And Privilege.

It says a lot about the class divided elitist system we, in this country live under, when three lads from the same year, at the same posh, very expensive school, end up at the same time, with three of the most powerful jobs in the country. All members of the arsehole Bullingdon Club for arrogant parasites. As far as the working class are concerned they are also three of the most dangerous men in the country. Groomed at the establishment's sausage factory, Cambridge, to protect their own and their millionaire friend's wealth, they are slotted in to positions of power.

I suppose if the working class were to put out a most wanted poster, then No.1 most dangerous man in the country would be George Gideon Oliver Osborne, son of Sir Peter Osborne 17th Baronet, and heir to the title. He lives in his padded bubble of privilege and wealth, oblivious of the troubles and problems of the ordinary people and ruthlessly carries out the dictates of his rich bankster buddies. The establishment has tasked him with the job of removing all wealth from the public sector to the private sector and to prepare the British working class for entry to the sweatshop economy. He does his job with an arrogance and relish. I suppose you could put murderer on that wanted poster, as in his drive to satisfy his billionaire bankster friends, he has introduced policies that increase poverty and deprivation, and in that poisonous cocktail, death lurks and strikes.
WANTED
I'm not suggesting for one minute that we should replace this dangerous, arrogant, pompous, privileged parasite, with a more caring compassionate individual. That would make little or no difference what so ever, the corporate beast and the banksters would still be pulling the strings. The public assets would still be plundered and the public wealth sent up to their already fat overflowing coffers.
No, it's the system that stinks, the elitist profit driven system of exploitation and privilege, that needs to be sorted out. Not changed, just simply scrapped. Capitalism can't be made fair, it can't be made caring, it is first and foremost a system of the few getting rich on the backs of the many, and the gap between rich and poor will always grow. I'm sure you can think of a better way to run our society than handing power and control over our lives to a bunch of pampered parasites from a wealthy privileged background.

Wealth Tourists.

Our Etonian millionaires in the Westminster Houses of Hypocrisy and Corruption, at the moment are on their bandwagon of "health tourists". People they deem to be coming to this country, getting health treatment and not contributing. With their dodgy accountancy they reckon that we are being done for about £500 million. Of course there is no way of verifying their figures, but to them, that sounds like a nice number, and it gives them another stick to beat up immigrants. However, they are not saying or doing much about those "wealth tourists", those who  make a killing in this country and plant the loot in a cosy wee tax haven. Now we know that figure is into the billions, but most of those indulging in that, happen to belong to the same club as our Etonian parasites. These "wealth tourists" use all the facilities in this country, its infrastructure, and contribute virtually nothing, they live in the world of tax loopholes, tax havens, off-shore accounts, hedge funds, Eurobonds, and they own most of this country's assets. We the tax payer provide them with all the infrastructure to allow them to rip us off.  It is this ratbag of "wealth tourists" that are bleeding us dry, not the odd immigrant that gets health treatment.
Of course to you and I, we believe that in any civilised society, everybody is entitled to the health care they need, no matter where they are from or where they live, but to our millionaire parasites, health care is a commodity to be sold and make a profit from. That is a fundamental difference between a social society and a corporate society.

Our £7 Million Food And Drinks Bill.

The millionaire cabal in The Westminster Houses of Hypocrisy and Corruption will demolish anything that protects workers wages and conditions. Having recently abolished the Agriculture Wages Board, which was there to help protect agricultural workers from even more excessive exploitation, they have now voted down a Welsh Assembly Bill that was to protect approximately 13,000 Welsh agricultural workers. The UK Attorney General Dominic Grieve has blocked the Agricultural Sector (Wales) Bill saying it was not within the assembly's competence. We can't have those pesky bills protecting people's wages. The matter has now to go to The Supreme Court, to see if the Welsh Assembly can legislate on Welsh people's wages?? They call it democracy.
While this bunch of millionaire parasites were blocking any attempt to protect workers wages, they were wining and dining themselves, and their cronies, in that Old Boys Club, Westminster, to the tune of £7 million. That's right, during the year 2011/12, while they chatted away their hours in the bars and restaurants, we the tax payers picked up the tab to the tune of £7 million to help satiate their limitless appetite for fine dining. What's their salary for?
The stench of blatant greed and hypocrisy emanating from this system fills the air across the country, creating misery, poverty and deprivation. A system based on greed, and power to the wealthy, where we seem to sit quietly, while a bunch of Oxbridge pampered parasites legislate to help swell the coffers of their cronies in the corporate world. We go down the tubes if we don't radically change this loaded dice system.

A World In Revolt.

It is the universal pattern of this insane economic system called capitalism. Each government can spend billions on all sorts of grand plans, and at the same time cut down on those essentials, like health care, education, social services, pensions, and so forth. The London Olympics cost billions, the war in Afghanistan has cost us billions each of its disastrous 11 years, but we are seeing a rapid deterioration in the living standards of the ordinary people because we can't afford to run a civilised society. The recent events in Turkey were sparked off by the governments plans to build another shopping mall on a green space in a city.

Demonstrators face riot police during one of the many protests around Brazil's major cities in Belo Horizonte June 17, 2013. REUTERS-Pedro Vilela

Yesterday hundreds of thousands, (Reuters put it at 200,000) took to the streets of Brazil in protest at government corruption, with such comments as "They have spent billions of dollars on building stadiums, but nothing on health and education."  More than half a dozen cities saw there centres grind to a standstill, among them Brasilla, Rio de Janeiro, Sao Paulo and Belo Horizone. The world is in revolt against a system of injustice and insanity.

So it doesn't matter which bunch of politicians you vote for the outcome is the same, big business gets the contracts, be it arms manufacturers or designers of grandiose edifices to the corporate God of greed, and the people get austerity. The world is awash with wealth, and more and more of that wealth is falling into the hands of fewer and fewer people. It's the way the system is designed to work and it's doing just fine. As long as we continue to accept this insane system we will continue to see the poor grow in number and get poorer and that little bunch of bloated parasites get richer and richer.
Is it beyond our imagination to devise a system where the wealth of the world is distributed around the planet according to the needs of the people. Is it reckless and terrorist orientated to attempt to bring about a system that sees those who create all that wealth, the ordinary people, control how it should be distributed? The present economic system is not set in tablets of stone, it is not given to us by the booming voice of some other-worldly being on high. It is a man made system that works for the benefit of the few at the expense of the many.
Our tomorrow will begin when we think co-operation, think community, think mutual aid, think no-borders, think sustainability, think of the heritage we want to leave to our children and our grandchildren. This world is our world, we built the cities and the factories, we grow the food, we therefore have the right to shape it to our needs. we have no need for the blood sucking parasites that bleed us dry to feed their own geed and arrogance.

Hundreds of thousands took to the streets in Brazil tonight protesting corruption, police violence, and a government that funds massive stadiums and ignores public services.
Gosh, conditions in Brazil sound quite a lot like here in the US, don’t they? Maybe it’s time we took to the streets too.

Who Will See To Our Needs?

While our millionaire political playboys keep re-assuring us that they are on the right track to economic recovery, the figures just don't stack up. In the 17 nation Euro Zone, unemployment has reached a new record high, in fact the highest since the EU statistics office started collecting data in 1995. Unemployment in the Euro Zone is sitting at 12.2% with several countries well over that average. Unemployment of young people in Greece is now over 60%, while Italy is facing the highest unemployment in 36 years, with the young of that country having to live with more than 40% unemployment. France, the second largest economy in the Euro Zone is also facing a new record in unemployment. At the same time the Euro Zone is faced with the longest recession since 1999. Green shoots of growth???
Of course all those committees of economic experts have grand plans, they will oscillate between deeper austerity and printing more money. To discuss this as an economic problem will keep the answers in the economic bracket and so will go round and round on how to cut the debt, how fast to cut the debt, to forget the debt for a moment and print more money to spend. All of which means more of the same for you and I, a life of struggle.
Also to keep the discussion in the economic field masks the real problem, it is a human problem. In Greece what does 62.7% unemployment mean to the young people of that country? What does the future hold for that 40% of unemployed young Italians? Are they suffering because we in Europe do not have the material resources to see to their needs? Are we saying that as a continent we don't know how to use the potential energy and skill of all those young people? Or is it that the system is geared to making sure that the wealthy continue to stay wealthy at the cost of the future of our children and our grand children.

Europe is an extremely wealth continent, well capable of supporting all its people, there is food in abundance, there are things that need doing, there are people willing to do them, but unless there is a profit in it for that over fed, pampered bunch of parasites that sit in the ivory towers of control, then those young lives can go and rot in some dingy back street.
The real problem is the system, capitalism cannot see to the needs of all our people, it wasn't set up to see to the welfare of the people, it wasn't started to see that everybody got a job, it wasn't set up to improve the well being of the ordinary people. It is doing what it was set up to do, create wealth for the business class and at the moment it is doing that very well indeed, so don't look for any real changes from that bunch. To see to the needs of all our people the present economic system has to go, and the change will have to come from the people, only we ourselves can and will set up a system that sees fairly to the needs of all our people.
